Magaly Gonzalez
Center Director
Originally from Puerto Rico, I began my journey at LMLC Bentonville as part of the kitchen staff and worked my way up to my current role as Director. I'm also pursuing my Associate degree. My passion and mission are to ensure that every child in my center receives a strong, developmentally appropriate foundation to help them succeed—not only academically, but also in the social skills they'll carry through life.

Center Director
I am an early childhood educator, college student, and a mom to one amazing son who inspires my passion for working with children every day. I believe children learn best when we explore together, so I use a co-explorer teaching style that encourages hands-on discovery, creativity, and confidence. I'm especially passionate about language development, social-emotional growth, and helping children develop a love for books and storytelling.
